Gap Business Solutions was established as a result of a growing requirement for senior, experienced and successful executive, and non executive senior interim management who are solely focused on delivering quality outcomes for their clients. The Gap Business Solutions team has been successfully meeting this requirement for the many years.

GAP Business Solutions focuses on the upper level of the interim management market delivering interim executive management that can be defined as the management of transition, change, uncertainty or crisis by a suitably over-qualified executive at or near board level, commissioned on an assignment basis.

Gap Business Solutions approach is simple but effective and it is to work hand in hand with our clients using a pragmatic approach to resolving the problem, aided by a healthy dose of common sense and real practical hands on experience. We achieve our exceptional results through transparency and teamwork ultimately leading to a successful delivery.  We relentlessly pursue retaining our record of every client being a reference client.

Gap Business Solutions associates have an MBA, or Accounting qualification with a minimum of 7 years executive board level experience working with the UK’s largest PLC’s. Our carefully selected Partners continue to work on an interim or assignment basis with EMEA organisations at the highest level up to and including board level appointments.
